After Miley Cyrus’ mum Tish Cyrus’ marriage to Prison Break actor Dominic Purcell was plunged into crisis by recent allegations he had a romance with Miley’s sister before her mum, an insider reveals Miley’s dad country singer Billy Ray Cyrus plans to stir the pot however he can.

Last week reports emerged that Tish, 56, was said to have ‘stolen’ her husband from her 24-year-old daughter, Noah. Noah wasn’t at her mum’s wedding to Dominic last August and rumours suggest the reason she didn’t see her mother exchange vows was because she reportedly had been in a relationship with the actor before her mother began dating him – and Tish was fully aware. 

Our insider says Dom doesn’t exactly have a squeaky clean reputation.

“Dom has a reputation for being one of the biggest skirt chasers in Hollywood and people have been warning Tish from day one to be cautious. Even putting aside this terrible situation with Noah, there have been a lot of red flags with Dom. 

“Dom’s ex-girlfriend AnnaLynne McCord bragged about how they used to do a lot of bondage and S&M stuff in the bedroom and openly talked about how he had a messed-up childhood. But of course, the biggest issue right now are these claims that Dom was hooking up with Noah when Tish got together with him.”

After Tish split with Billy Ray in 2022, she discovered a DM on Instagram that Dom had sent her back in 2016 and the pair met up. Describing their first date, Tish revealed, “So we go to lunch and make out for three hours.” She added that they said “I love you” a day later.
The couple went public with their romance in November 2022, less than two weeks after her ex Billy Ray revealed his engagement to Australian singer Firerose. 

Just weeks later, Dominic got down on one knee and the pair got married last August in an intimate ceremony in the backyard of 31-year-old Miley’s home in Malibu.

But Noah wasn’t at the wedding and a source claims the reason she allegedly didn’t see her mother exchange vows was because she reportedly had been in a relationship with the actor before her mother began dating him. After the report emerged, Trish seemed to snub the ordeal posting on Instagram, “Laid back Sunday.” 

Our insider says Tish and Dom have decided to ignore the rumours and hope it goes away.

“They’re handling it by totally ignoring it and clearly hoping it goes away. But it’s hard to imagine that happening, no one is going to forget this. Certainly not Billy Ray. He’s so protective of Noah, and obviously would never wish this to happen to her, but Tish is getting humiliated and if there’s any way that he can drag it out, he definitely will. 

“Tish’s friends are all very worried about her, it’s just shocking that she’d ever be in a situation like this, and they are begging her to re-evaluate things. It’s safe to say their honeymoon bubble has been burst.”

Between 1998 and 2008, Dominic, 54, was married to Australian film producer Rebecca Williamson and had four children. The actor went on to briefly date Baywatch star Brooke Burns and then in 2011, he began dating 90210 actress AnnaLynne McCord, who’s 17 years his junior. 

AnnaLynne previously opened up about her raunchy sex life with Dominic and admitted BDSM played a major role in their on-and-off relationship. In an interview in 2021, she described Dominic as a ‘big, strong, angry Aussie’.

She revealed Dominic was the first person to break through the barrier she had due to her history of sexual abuse and trauma. 

“I literally went into bondage, BDSM, because I couldn’t feel anything. And Dom and I had this relationship that was very — Dom was my dom,” she said.

AnnaLynne said Dominic knew about her mental illness and sexual trauma, and he was respectful of that.

“He was a mirror back to me. So many of the things that happened to him, different versions of the same thing happened to me, and vice versa,” she went on, adding that “he went through a lot when he was a kid.”

She continued, “I trusted no masculine energies, I trusted no men, because I figured, I’m gonna push every f***ing button that you have, and if you cave, I can’t trust you.

“And there was a sexual aspect that was underlying and pushing us, and we had explosive sex,’ she added.

Dominic also dated Australian fashion designer and former model Jodhi Meares, 51, for several months in late 2019.

The insider explains Tish and Dom are putting on a ‘brave face’ amid the allegations that Dom was with Noah when Trish started to pursue him.

“They are trying act as though this isn’t causing them any stress, but this is a total nightmare for their marriage and especially for Tish. She’s spiralling out of control. She hasn’t been able to sleep or eat, she’s distraught. She’s beyond embarrassed and she’s angry that she’s even in this situation.

“He’s just handling it by taking off to go surfing and saying it will all blow over, which is easy enough for him to do since it’s not his family that’s been torn apart.”

They add, “Her friends are supporting her, but they’re not exactly fans of Dom. The general consensus is that she rushed into this marriage and should have done a lot more due diligence. Miley’s going around telling everyone that she had no idea about Noah and Dom, which is odd since the whole family has been buzzing about this for months and trying to cover it up. It’s such a bad look, no wonder Miley wants to distance herself from it. That doesn’t mean she’s turning her back on Tish though. She’s angry but she’s still going to fully support her mom, it’ll be Dom if anyone who gets her wrath. 

“Miley does not like seeing her mom hurting and whether it’s fair or not, she’d blame Dom. She’s not one to hold back when she’s angry so it’s hard to imagine that it won’t be awkward between them now. Billy Ray is sitting back and watching it all unfold. For him its karma coming back to bite Tish in the ass. He’s still furious and convinced she tried to get everyone to turn on him and make him out to be some monster. He’s doing what he can to comfort Noah and hoping that this could soften Miley towards him a little because he would love to have her back in his life. But as for Tish and Dom, he’d probably be thrilled to see them break up, For him the guy was bad news since the start and this more than proves it.”

Tish and Miley’s dad Billy separated in 2022 after 28 years of marriage. They had a few rocky patches, with Billy first filing for divorce in 2010. But the turning point for them came during the coronavirus pandemic, when Tish “took a really good hard look” at her life.
