Khloe Kardashian is no stranger to experimenting in the most weird and wacky beauty and surgery trends in her quest for ‘perfection’. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 39 is rumoured to have spent £40,000 on her face alone – undergoing fillers in her lips and cheeks, a nose job and a rumoured eye-lift.  She’s also believed to have had a controversial Brazilian bum lift and once admitted that it’s in her will that if she ever goes into a coma, she’d still like her nails done once a week for “visitors”.  
However, while her unique look has seen her seriously cash in on her reality TV stardom with her own cult fashion line, fans have expressed their concern that the aesthetics aficionado may have taken her obsession a step too far.
 After being spotted with a ‘collapsed’ nose while watching her nephew, Kim Kardashian’s son Saint, at a basketball game in January, fans expressed their concerns over Khloe’s dramatically altered nostrils. 
 One said, “Has her nasal valve completely collapsed already?” while another quipped, “Can she breathe adequately through that nose or is it mostly decorative at this point?” 
And now an insider tells Closer that, while Khloe hasn’t publicly addressed the speculation over her collapsing nose, behind-the-scenes she’s been left distraught as she now struggles to breathe. 
 They say, “The whole family have been obsessed with their noses for so many years now and it’s really coming back to bite them. 
“Khloe really thought her last surgery would be the answer to her insecurities over her nose, and it was for a while, but now it’s going downhill, and her nose has started twitching and getting blocked up. 
 “Khloe’s nose was completely fine until she went under the knife. But she’s admitted to being self-conscious about her nose for years and she loved the results at first, but now it’s starting to give her major problems.” 

Khloe – who is mum to Tru, five, and one-year-old Tatum – has been open about undergoing rhinoplasty surgery. Speaking about the procedure, which she had in 2019, Khloe said her “only regret” was that she didn’t do it sooner. She said, “My whole life I would say—I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever. But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”

However, she has also admitted that constant comments from her ‘momager’ Kris Jenner, starting from when she was a child, also contributed to her choice to go under the knife. “She didn’t mean harm, but when I was around 9, I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job,” Khloe revealed. “Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job.” Khloe has candidly revealed her battle with self-esteem as she grew up in the limelight and was cruelly branded the ‘fat’ and ‘ugly’ sister to her siblings, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian. “My entire life I’ve been compared to my sisters and I don’t look like them,” she said. “I always had blonde, really curly hair and when you’re young and you’re chubby and tall… I would have teachers be like, ‘Oh, you’re Kourtney and Kim’s sister?’”

Now, five years on from her op, while Khloe has only admitted to having undergone just one rhinoplasty procedure, speculation has been mounting that she has since tweaked her nose several times, which may have led to its visible collapse. 
And the source says Khloe is now desperate to find a solution, but fears that further surgery could make things even worse. 
 The insider adds, “One option is to go in and get more surgery to try and correct things but that comes with a risk that it could make things worse. But leaving it alone isn’t a great option either because, not only is it starting to look odd, it’s making it hard to breathe.”
 However, Khloe isn’t alone. Earlier this month, her ‘momager’ Kris Jenner, 68, also sparked concerns after fans noticed that one of her nostrils appeared to have become “deflated”. 
 On a picture posted to Instagram, one shocked follower remarked, “That nose is hanging on by a thread”, while another troll added, “All the money in the world couldn’t help that deflated nostril.” 
 Now the source adds, “Kris has had so much work done there that you can literally see if caving in.”
 Fans have also been speculating that Khloe’s older sister Kim may also have followed suit and had the same procedure. 
Commenting on the new photos Kim, 42, posted on Instagram to promote her skincare range last week, one fan questioned whether she had undergone a secret nose job, writing, “Did she have open rhinoplasty, according to the scars?”
 On a following shot, which sees one of Kim’s nostrils looking noticeably small, another added, “All I noticed was the nostrils”. 

Back in 2019, Kim – who had a noticeably longer nose when she first became pals with Paris Hilton in the early noughties – publicly denied she had undergone any procedure.
 “I never had my nose done,” she said at the time. 
 But just months later, reports emerged that she had been “horrified” by her pictures at the 2019 Emmys and had compared her flaring nostrils to a “dragon” – begging doctors to help her fix her nose. 
 And after posing for the December issue of GQ Magazine, speculation began swirling once more. 
 Commenting on her noticeably slimmer nose, one reader commented, “Her nose looks so fake and skinny, looks like it’s about to fall off” while another added, “Is it shrinking?”
 And now the source says the family are being forced to confide in each other to find a solution. 
 They add, “Kris, Khloe and Kim are desperately searching for a way to fix their noses, and so far, they’re having no luck. They’ve all had so much surgery and pretty much wrecked that part of their faces, there’s simply no denying it. The camera may have filters but the mirror doesn’t lie.

Now the Kardashians could be facing yet more surgery as medical experts warn that nasal valve collapse can worsen over time. 
However, the surgery is invasive and can involve widening the nasal passageway between the eyes, inserting extra cartilage to support the nose’s function or forming a ‘suture’ – a type of permanent stitch which pulls the nose up to below your eye. 
But the source says that Kris and Khloe are understandably nervous. 
 They add, “It’s starting to seem like the only answer to their problems is more surgery, but that’s terrifying because it may just make things worse and put them into Michael Jackson territory.”
