Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are said to be overjoyed to welcome a baby girl into the Kelce family. 

And now a source tells us Taylor, 35, has already been on a huge shopping spree – going all out on buying baby clothes, post-birth snacks and sweet new-mum jewellery. 

The insider says, ‘Taylor is so excited to have a new baby in the family. She’s having so much fun shopping for baby things and is very invested.’ 

Travis’ sister-in-law Kylie – who is married to his brother Jason – announced last week that she has given birth to the couple’s fourth daughter.

Announcing the happy news on social media alongside a selection of snaps of the adorable newborn and her doting parents, Kylie wrote, ‘Whoop, there she is! Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce 3/30/25’.

Jason, 37, a former NFL player turned sports commentator, and Kylie, 33, a podcaster and media personality, first met on Tinder in 2014 and married in 2018. 

The couple also share Wyatt, five, Elliotte, four, and Bennett, two, and the source says Taylor – whose relationship with Travis has been going from strength-to-strength since they first began dating in late 2023 – has become like an auntie to the four girls. 

The insider says, ‘Taylor has sent so many gifts. She has bought adorable stuff for the new baby of course, but she’s also sent special gifts for each of the little girls with their own handwritten cards congratulating them on having a new baby sister. 

‘She knows a lot of the attention is going to be on the new baby, so she wanted to make sure they all feel special too, which is so thoughtful’.

They add, ‘She’s close enough with the whole family that she really is a part of everything. Taylor feels such a strong connection to Travis’ family and really does see them as family, so in her view she’s getting another little niece, too.’ 

Meanwhile, Travis, 35, met his niece on air when he and Jason were filming for their podcast, New Heights. 

With the tot being cradled by Kylie, who remained off camera, a clearly besotted Travis said, ‘Hey, little muffin! Look at you. You hanging out with Mom? Tell Ky I said hello. I’m glad everything’s going great.’

And while Travis and Taylor have not confirmed any marriage or baby plans of their own, reports of the couple having ‘baby fever’ have been circulating since just months after they began dating. 

A source at the time said, ‘They’re already making plans for the future. He and Taylor have even talked about kids.

‘Travis wants them in the next year or so, and Taylor, of course, is all in. He’s exactly the guy she’s been waiting for. He said he can see himself marrying Taylor.’

Much to the delight of swifties worldwide, Taylor hasn’t kept this romance on the down low – instead taking every opportunity to indulge in a PDA with her new man – leading fans to speculate that after dating several famous faces, the country princess may have found The One. 

Taylor’s exes, who have famously helped her reach stratospheric superstardom as she channels her heartbreak through her music, have included Joe Jonas, John Mayer, Harry Styles, Tom Hiddleston, Taylor Lautner, Calvin Harris and Jake Gyllenhaal. 

However, it seems like Taylor and Travis could have met at just the right time if they are planning to start a family. 

While Taylor has not announced that she’ll be releasing any new material (aside from her latest instalments of her ‘Taylor’s Version’ albums), Travis has another year on his contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, with fans speculating that he will follow in Jason’s footsteps and retire from the sport. 

Now the source adds, ‘ A lot of people are saying this new baby could potentially hurry things with Travis and Taylor’s next steps, because now babies are on her mind more than ever.

‘They have openly talked about what it will be like when it’s their turn, how cute their kids will be and how many they want to have.’

And while Travis clearly has the best parent-advisor in his brother, who openly dotes on his daughters, the source says Taylor has also grown really close to Kylie, and already sees her as a ‘sister-in-law’. 

The insider says, ‘Kylie and Taylor have gotten very close. They clicked right away and from the first time they met Taylor really liked her.  

‘It’s hard not to like Kylie, she’s such a straight shooter and just so nice, she and Taylor mesh really well and Taylor is thrilled to have such a cool future sister-in-law. 

‘Kylie has been nothing but supportive, she’s very much team Taylor and always says how happy she makes Travis.’ 

Now in return, the source says Taylor has also been showering Kylie with gifts and very much putting her needs first as a new mother.

They say, ‘She’s sent lots of her favourite things to Kylie, including cashmere pyjama sets, a monogrammed sweatsuit and a beautiful charm bracelet with all the girls’ initials attached. 

‘Taylor knows that Kylie won’t be in the mood to be in the kitchen anytime soon so she also did a bunch of baking and shipped it over by UPS, so that they can all have some yummy treats to snack on.

‘As soon as they are ready for visitors Taylor and Travis will be flying out to meet little Finn in person, they’re both very excited.’

And the insider says Taylor and Travis will be hands-on as an auntie and uncle – with the pair very much in ‘practice’ mode for hearing their own pitter-patter of Kelce-Swift feet. 

The source says, ‘Travis isn’t usually the one they call for babysitting but Taylor has volunteered them as a package deal to help out with the girls so Kylie can get a break. 

‘The newborn is still a little young but when they visit, Taylor’s promised they will take the older girls out for the day and they’re all excited.

‘So, it does seem to be a matter of when they start a family, not if. Taylor says spending time with little Fin is going to be great practice for her and Travis.’
