After five years of whispers from Hollywood insiders and endless questions from fans over whether she had undergone cosmetic surgery to enhance her boobs, Kylie Jenner finally confessed to having a breast augmentation during an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2023.

The bombshell admission came after continued speculation as to how the reality-star-turned-beauty-entrepreneur achieved what fans have called her ‘the most perfect’ boobs.

At the time, Kylie, 27, continued to credit her boobs to weight gain, her periods and having had her first child, daughter Stormi, in 2018– only to reveal that she’d opted to have the invasive procedure just months before falling pregnant.

But now it seems the youngest of the Kardashian clan is over keeping secrets. Not only is she happy to pack on the PDAs with new love, Oscar nominated actor, Timothee Chalamet; Kylie shocked fans when, last week, she openly shared all of the intimate details about exactly what type of surgery she had undergone – including the name of her famous surgeon and the size of her implants.

Taking to TikTok, a fan of Kylie’s reached out to the star to plead with her to share the details of her boob job, writing, ‘You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job. It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever.

Further complimenting her ‘surgery idol’, the fan added, ‘They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection. That is what I aspire mine to look like…’

Fans were then left shocked when the Kylie Cosmetics founder responded, writing, ‘445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!…Hope this helps!”

The size is a DD in British bra sizes, and moderate projection is believed to give a more natural projection or ‘perkiness’, with more focus on the width.

Fans were quick to praise her for her ‘honesty’, while others speculated over her dramatically changed appearance over the past few years, with one adding, ‘I think there’s been more than a few surgical interventions.’

Kylie also shared that the surgeon she had trusted to carry out the procedure had been Dr. Garth Fisher, famed for his celebrity clientele, including several members of Kylie’s own family.

Heralded as the ‘go to surgeon in Beverly Hills’ and ‘the Michelangelo of plastic surgery’, Dr. Garth performed a ‘pinnacle facelift’ on Kylie’s mum Kris Jenner, a breast augmentation on Kourtney Kardashian and a facelift on Kylie’s dad, Caitlyn Jenner, who hailed the surgeon as a ‘genius’.

However, with plastic surgery addiction on the rise, the responsible surgeon has admitted he turns away 40% of potential clients and refuses to attempt to make people look like their favourite celebrities through an ‘Instagram filter’.

But there is no doubt that Kylie’s large boobs and curves have transformed the once- shy teen into the ultimate ‘Gen Z’ muse, with fans describing her as ‘the hottest girl in the world’ – a moniker that has earned her millions through collaborations, photoshoots, product endorsements and, of course, her cosmetics brand.

And a source previously told us that, as the youngest of the Kardashian clan prepares to turn 30 in two years’ time, Kylie is determined to keep a good thing going and is planning another breast enlargement to boost her business assets and her sizzling chemistry with Timothee, 29, who the insider says loves her ‘Barbie look’.

The insider told us, ‘Kylie loves her OTT look, and Timothee obviously loves it too. He loves that she has enormous boobs and big lips. She’s sharing all these plans with Timothee. He doesn’t have any issue with it. He’s excited and thinks she’s this Barbie doll and he’s reaping the rewards. He is loving every second of their romance and can’t wait to get her home at night!’

Despite heavy criticism from fans, who have accused Timothee of ‘having some fun’ with some even cruelly referring to Kylie as an ‘inflated sex doll’ due to her large boobs and small waist, the source also revealed how Kylie is determined to have the last laugh.

They said, ‘What’s funny to Kylie is that Timothee’s fans are always trashing her online for looking fake and claiming that he’s going to get turned off by all her surgery when the exact opposite is true.

‘He’s constantly telling her how sexy she looks, he’s obsessed with her big bum and huge boobs, he loves the cartoon look she has so it makes her want to push the envelope and do more.’

However, Kylie herself has shared her regrets over her initial surgery and admitted that, after welcoming Stormi, now seven , she would be ‘heartbroken’ if her daughter made the same choices when it came to going under the knife.

She revealed, ‘I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.’

Sharing her hard-earned wisdom with KUWTK viewers, the mum-of-two – who also shares son Aire, three, with ex Travis Scott- added, ‘I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children.

She added, ‘But yeah, obviously I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19.’

A source also previously warned Kylie of the dangers of addiction, with celebrities such as Katie Price and Heidi Montag speaking out, with Heidi claiming that her surgeons had sold her surgery ‘like cookies’ when she was young and easily influenced.

The source said, ‘It’s not just her body that she wants to change, she analyses her face every time she looks in the mirror and sees so-called flaws that need fixing. She’s not even 30 but she worries a lot about being ‘old’ and is convinced that all these procedures will mean she stays looking young forever.

‘It’s such an unhealthy attitude and it’s sad that Kylie feels she needs to keep adding more to her surgery shopping list.’
