Always feisty and frank, Megan was happy to set the record straight last year on her nips and tucks – and while she denied talk of a facelift, brow lift or lipo, she happily admits that those picture perfect boobs that she loves to flaunt on the red carpet aren’t real.
She said, ‘My boobs have been fake, by the way, since I was…21? Or 22? I got them done in between the first and second Transformers. But I had them done ‘conservatively’.
In fact, the actress revealed she’s had three boob jobs over the years and laughed that before her last one, she’d requested the “1990s stripper” look. She added, ‘I don’t understand the point of shaming people for getting stuff [such as plastic surgery] done,’ It’s like shaming people for colouring their hair, or wearing gel nails. Where does that logic stop? What’s natural enough for you?’

IGGY AZALEA
For rapper Iggy, the decision to go under the knife for a fulsome cleavage was something she’d thought about for a long time, in fact, she says, ‘I’d thought about it my entire life!’
And after the augmentation using a ‘minimally invasive technique’ she couldn’t have been prouder of her new assets.
In 2023, she opened up on a podcast to reveal that she’s happy to show off her body because she loves the way her body looks.
‘I like my breasts. They’re fake and they look f—ing good and I like them. I’m happy with them and I like my body.’ The singer added, ‘I liked my body before. I liked my face before and I like it now. I like myself, I never didn’t. I never hated myself.’ And if you hadn’t got the message yet, she explained in another interview why she’d been so open about the op, saying, ‘I love them so much I had to talk about them … I’d feel better not to have some secret. It’s much freer to say it and then you don’t have to worry someone will dig it up.’

KELLY ROWLAND
Not one to rush into anything, Destiny’s Child singer Kelly revealed that it took her 10 years to pluck up the courage to have implants to take her from an A to a B cup.
She recalled, ‘I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyoncé’s mom told me to really think about it first.’  Remember one of the reasons why she finally took the plunge, she said, ‘I was sick of not fitting into my tops. There was this one really hot House of Dereon top — I just wanted to fill that out!’ But she warned fans against making rash decisions, saying, ‘It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that’s all that counts. For young people: Think about it before you just jump off and do something (you may regret).’

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN
The Kardashian family have always been attracted speculation around surgery – but Kourtney’s been open about her boobs, admitting that she had implants put in when she was 22.
Although she was delighted with them and has been happy to show off her figure ever since on the family reality show, in sexy selfies and on the red carpet, the star has admitted to some regrets over her boob job.
Discussing her surgery to go up to a C-cup, she said, ‘I have had breast implants, but it’s so funny because it’s not a secret, I couldn’t care less.’
But she’s later confessed, ‘I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t have done it. I was so cute before!’

CARDI B
She’s an outspoken powerhouse in the rap world, but as a young girl, Cardi has admitted that she faced bullying over her flat chest, admitting it ‘made me feel ugly and underdeveloped’.
After her first boob job aged just 19, her confidence was boosted as ‘every insecurity I had about my breasts was gone’, and a second augmentation following the birth of her daughter Kulture has seen that confidence soar again. She’d explained to fans that her boobs needed a ‘renovation’ as she’d been having to use Duct tape to keep them perky!

DOLLY PARTON
As one of the early pioneers of the celebrity boob job trend, Dolly has built a career on her iconic busty look. And she’s not shy of flaunting those hooters, nor has she ever hidden her penchant for going under the surgeon’s knife.
She once famously admitted, ‘If something is bagging, sagging, or dragging, I’ll tuck it, suck it, or pluck it!’ And when she was once asked if her breasts were real, she laughed, ‘They’re real expensive. They’re real big!’

LILY ALLEN
Smile singer Lily Allen has been smiling a lot lately as she shows off the results of her boob job to fans on her social media. The mum-of-two recently revealed she’d gone under the knife following her split from actor husband David Harbour.
Talking about the benefits, she admitted on her podcast that she’d been, ‘buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can actually fit in’ as well as ‘taking pictures on my phone’ of her swell new assets – though she laughed that she hadn’t  ‘sent [the pictures] to anyone yet, but, it will hopefully get there at some point’. The star, who recently found out that her ex David had allegedly had a secret three-year affair, also spoke about how her boobs were helping her get used to the idea of getting older, adding, ‘Oh, how do I feel about aging? Well, I just got some additions to the family. I don’t know if you’ve noticed’.

KALEY CUOCO
The Big Bang Theory star was only too happy to talk about her Big Bangers after having surgery a few years ago. And she’s had no regrets, revealing how getting implants put in was the best decision that she ever made, ‘As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good.’ And she revealed why she’d felt she needed the surgery, saying, ‘I had no boobs! And it really was the best thing ever! I always felt ill-proportioned. My implants made me feel more confident in my body. It wasn’t about trying to be a porn star or wanting to look hot and sexy!’
