Opening a Pandora’s box to her fans earlier this month, Kylie Jenner’s decision to divulge the exact details of her boob job to one curious fan on social media has now spurned an outcry from her followers, who are all desperate to emulate her ‘unreal’ look.

Responding to a plea from a fan on Tik Tok, who praised Kylie, 27, for having ‘the most perfect natural looking boob job ever’, and pleaded with her to share her surgeon’s technique and her cup size, fans were then left shocked when the Kylie Cosmetics founder responded, writing, ‘445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!…Hope this helps!’

Now, with Kylie only having historically confessed to undergoing a boob job and lip fillers, several surgeons have come out to speculate that the youngest of the Kardashian clan is likely to have gone under the knife more than she has currently shared with her fans.

And an insider tells Closer that the exact figure that the beauty entrepreneur has splashed out on achieving her ‘Barbie’ look – which has led fans to call her ‘the sexiest woman in the world’ – is likely to be at least $1 million.

A source tells us, ‘She’s spent half a million or more on her face alone. Between her nose, lips, cheeks, chin, jawline sculpting and endless laser treatments, the bills are astronomical.

‘Then there’s her boobs, hips and butt – between the fat transfers, the sculpting, and the maintenance that’s easily run her a minimum of $500K. Even her abs aren’t natural – she’s done abdominal etching (a procedure that enhances abs through liposuction), skin tightening and CoolSculpting (a non- surgical procedure that freezes fat cells before eliminating them).’

They add, ‘Her stomach probably cost more than the average American’s mortgage. Her arms, her thighs, even her hands – there’s not one inch of her that hasn’t been worked on.’

After five years of whispers from Hollywood insiders and endless questions from fans over whether she had undergone cosmetic surgery to enhance her boobs, Kylie finally confessed to having a breast augmentation during an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2023.

Kylie was 19 when she had the procedure with the Kardashian’s ‘go-to’ surgeon, Dr Garth Fisher, but continued to lie to fans, crediting her boobs to weight gain, her periods and having had her first child, daughter Stormi, in 2018– only to later reveal that she’d opted to have the invasive op just months before falling pregnant.

The insider shares, ‘She also has a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a private chef, and they’re all the best of the best so they don’t come cheap. Her glam squad is another massive expense, from multiple top-tier make-up artists and hairdressers who fly around the world with her to a personal tanning artist.

So much so, she’s been forced to follow in the footsteps of Kylie Minogue (who has insured her bum), David Beckham (his legs) and Nick Cannon (…his balls) and protected her whole body to the sum of $1 billion.
