Sydney is apparently hoping to capitalise on her friendship with Jeff
He recently became a married man for the second time after tying the knot with the glamorous Lauren Sanchez last month and gladly gave us all an eyeful of marital bliss when he was photographed sharing a steamy cinch with Lauren, 55, in the back of a Venice water taxi. But it’s already back to work for the newlywed as the tech billionaire is now said to be swiftly moving on to the business of…Sydney Sweeney’s knickers.
Along with being the fourth richest man on the planet, Jeff is now proudly named (by us, of course) as the idol of teenage boys all over the world. Not only has he amassed an estimated fortune of 238.2 billion after reportedly spending years in his home office tinkering with the online consumer tech that would ultimately become Amazon, but the one-time computer nerd now has enough cash to splash on, well, whatever he wants, really.
And if you thought celebrating his impending marriage with an ever-so-slightly-seedy-and-also-quite-dangerous foam party was the crème da la crème of the ‘How to Spend Your Cash in Mid Life’ memo, then you were wrong.
Last week, insiders revealed that Jeff and Lauren have invested in a lingerie line that Hollywood’s most-lusted over actress, Sydney, 27, has reportedly been working on.
A source let slip, ‘This has been a huge project for her and something she’s been working on for the last year.’
While neither party has announced the potential collaboration, it was recently uncovered that Sydney has teamed up with Ben Schwerin, a partner in the private equity firm that Jeff recently contributed to as part of a $1 billion investment.
Their rumoured business venture could also answer the question fans were asking as to how the Euphoria star managed to bag an invite to the ‘wedding of the century’ between Jeff and Lauren last month.

And her presence certainly ruffled a few feathers as we recently reported, with temperatures soaring higher than the impact that Jeff’s private-jet-travelling wedding guests’, some of whom champion climate change (we’re looking at you, Leo!) were speculated to have had on the global atmosphere.
A source told us how Sydney was inundated by the attentions of the many eligible bachelors present at the wedding bash – including sports legend and Gisele Bundchen’s ex, Tom Brady and recently single Hollywood hunk, Orlando Bloom.
However, like savvy Sydney, whose grandparents have affectionately praised as having the ‘best breasts in Hollywood’, Jeff is naturally very smart. Instead of joining the rat race to gain Sydney’s affections, which reportedly also includes Ben Affleck and even Harry Styles, happily married Jeff is instead investing in Sydney while she’s flying high – commercially.
And the proof is in the…soap.
When, in May, Sydney seductively announced her collaboration with cosmetics brand Dr. Squatch while bathing in a tub full of suds, the internet exploded.
And when the product was launched last month, fawning fans were so desperate to get their dirty hands on the Euphoria star’s bar, which she promised was created using droplets of her ‘actual bath water’, the brand’s website crashed.
Sydney had, like fellow wedding guest Kim Kardashian before her, truly ‘broken the internet’ – or at least a part of it.
Those clambering to get their hands on the creamy delight, which fans have boasted smells of a ‘pine forest’ – a concept that harks back to Sydney’s own upbringing in a lakeside house in Washington – even took their rage to the retailer, claiming that it had all been a hoax in a bid to boost the brand’s profile.
But Dr. Squatch, hit back, telling those who missed out, ‘Nah, it was there. People just bought it in .0001 seconds.’ All 5000 bars are said to have sold out within a minute, with several being listed for sale on eBay for over $200 shortly after the sale.
However, with fans taking to the likes of Tik Tok and X to praise the humble bar of soap, with one going so far as to claim the ‘super soft’ and ‘beautiful bar ‘smells like Sydney’ , the asking price soon rocketed to $2000.
Mothers even hailed the suds as the ultimate Santa’s stocking gift for their older sons, with one delightedly thanking the actress, commenting, ‘ Stocking stuffer for the boys this Christmas, thanks Sydney!’

Another literally less palatable use for the soap came when one fan pledged he would ‘gargle with it every morning’, which is highly unrecommended by the retailer, and another fan, who’d already tried it, claimed it to be ‘the worst tasting celebrity bathwater-based product I’ve ever tried.’
The product was first teased last month with Dr. Squatch, perhaps to protect their brand from the inevitable backlash, swiftly elaborating that the product was Sydney’s idea, hailing her as a ‘legend’.
Sydney – who has an estimated net worth of $40 million and made the Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2023 – later confirmed she had ‘pitched it’, adding, ‘When fans start asking for your bathwater, either ignore it or turn it into a soap. It’s weird in the best way.’
Now Jeff, it seems, has glimpsed Sydney’s impressive business acumen.
Not only is she a global ambassador to HeyDude footwear, Bai beverages, Laneige skincare and Kérastase haircare, she’s also modelled and collaborated with Frankies Bikinis.
And at a time where it seems that a high percentage of the global population either wants to be with her or emulate her classic blonde bombshell look, others, like Jeff, want to invest in her.
While he’s famed for Amazon and his space company Blue Origin, Jeff has historically invested in other huge brands such as Uber and AirBnB before moving into AI tech – the industry where most of his funds for start-up investments went last year.
But this year, if his star-studded wedding is anything to go by, the business guru is in the mood for love –and teaming up with Sydney could provide just that as her lingerie brand will give millions of fans a chance to inject the glamorous essence of Sydney into their every day, and not just their bath time.
