She\u2019s been America\u2019s sweetheart since rising to fame on the popular sitcom Friends in the 90s, but Jennifer Aniston’s age-defying looks have left fans questioning whether the actress has had the help of surgery over the years.<\/p>\n
Now, an insider reveals her BFF Courteney Cox, 59, has been advising Jen, 55, to slow down on having procedures done to her face.<\/p>\n
\u201cJen\u2019s over-use of fillers and other forms of surgery is freaking out everyone in her circle, including fellow Botox addict Courteney Cox \u2013 who\u2019s gone to the lengths of staging a minor intervention,\u201d the source says.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s pretty ironic because back when Courteney first got into doing Botox and fillers Jen was totally against it and gave her a very hard time. She used to make fun of her and people like Nicole Kidman and even Sandra Bullock when they were getting surgery because back when it was a lot less fashionable. But now the tables have turned and it\u2019s Jen that\u2019s always tinkering with her face.\u201d<\/p>\n
The source adds that Jen can\u2019t seem to cope with even the \u201csmallest wrinkle\u201d on her face.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s worrying Courteney because Jen seems to be really hooked on it and she\u2019s now even talking about getting work done on her body, which is crazy because she\u2019s still in great shape. In 2017, Courteney – who was once a massive fan of fillers – announced she had all her fillers dissolved. “I’ve had to learn to embrace movement and realise that fillers are not my friend. I’ve had all my fillers dissolved,” she admitted.<\/p>\n
Last year, she opened up again about the “domino effect” of using anti-aging injectables. \u201cYou don\u2019t realise that you look a little off, so then you keep doing more, \u2018cause you look normal to yourself,” she said. \u201cYou look in the mirror and go, \u2018Oh, that looks good\u2019 \u2026 You don\u2019t realise what it looks like to the outside person.\u201d<\/p>\n
She added, \u201cThank God they [fillers] are removable. I messed up a lot and now luckily, I was able to reverse most of that.\u201d<\/p>\n
Two weeks ago, Jen shared an Instagram video of her daily workout routine with fans. Her face looked completely wrinkle-free, fuelling the rumours that she\u2019s undergone cosmetic procedures. After series three of Jen\u2019s show The Morning Show launched on Apple TV at the end of last year, fans heavily speculated on social media that Jen had had work done<\/p>\n

Previously, Jennifer has admitted to going under the knife. In 2007, she revealed how a nose job helped her sleep again. \u201cIt\u2019s funny. I had [a deviated septum] fixed \u2013 best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it\u2019s still mine. All of it. Still mine,” she said.<\/p>\n
In 2018, the actress underwent a second surgery to fix the previous procedure.
Four years before this, in 2014, Jen – who likes to work out three times a week including weight-training and doing a spin-yoga class – shared her thoughts on ageing gracefully and said she doesn\u2019t believe in botox.<\/p>\n

But it seems Jen’s opinion on aesthetic procedures has changed and it\u2019s worrying Courteney, who Jen has been close friends with for 30 years since starring alongside her in Friends.<\/p>\n
The insider adds, \u201cJen really swears by these little touch ups, it started out as being a nice boost to her self-esteem but then it became this regular pattern and now it\u2019s gotten to a point where she just can\u2019t seem to quit. Her appointments are getting more and more frequent and no matter how much she gets done, she\u2019s never satisfied. “She gets compliments all the time about how great she looks but instead of just enjoying it she\u2019s always looking in the mirror and pointing out her so-called flaws that need to be fixed. She\u2019s even talked about wanting to get some work done on her boobs and butt, which has totally sent Courteney over the edge,\u201d they say.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe can\u2019t believe what she\u2019s hearing and is seriously concerned that Jen\u2019s going to end up looking like a Real Housewife if she doesn\u2019t do some sort of intervention. She\u2019s told her as much, but Jen just laughs it off and says anything she gets done will be subtle and no one will be able to tell. But what she doesn\u2019t realise is that she\u2019s already got a skewed vision of what is normal.
\u201cShe\u2019s teetering right on the edge of looking very unnatural when it comes to all the stuff she\u2019s had done on her face. If she starts getting plastic surgery on her body people too it\u2019s going to be a disaster.
