As one of the best NFL players and the biggest pop star on the planet, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are storming their way through Hollywood since officially revealing their romance and sharing THAT kiss at the Super Bowl in February.And while they recently enjoyed a romantic vacay in Bahamas following the Asia leg of her Eras Tour, the Kansas City Chiefs hunk and the hit maker have barely paused for breath\u2026 apart from going out to eat \u2013 a pastime that Travis admits is one of his all-time favs.<\/p>\n
But now a source reveals that super fit Taylor, 34, is insisting that her man stays in trim shape and is helping him not to overindulge during the \u2018off-season\u2019 from football.<\/p>\n
The insider says, \u201cHe and Taylor poured over the pictures from their Bahamas trip, and he had to admit that he wasn\u2019t exactly looking his best. Taylor was polite about it but the bottom line is she does not want her man to have love handles.<\/p>\n
\u201cFitness and diet are very important to her \u2013 from a health standpoint first, but she\u2019s also attracted to Travis physically and knows how image conscious he is, too.<\/p>\n
\u201cTaylor has made it clear that he\u2019ll embarrass her if he slacks on this because she\u2019s eating just as clean. Last week during his podcast, New Heights, which Travis, 34, hosts alongside his lookalike brother Jason, 36, the tight end player candidly confessed that at his heaviest, he weighed in at over 20st \u2013 crediting his favourite \u2018Bearcat\u2019 pizza at college for piling on the pounds.The pizza itself \u2013 a signature dish of Adriatico\u2019s pizza restaurant \u2013 typically serves between 10-12 people and has been described as \u201cthe size of a standard breakfast nook\u201d. And following Jason\u2019s admission that he had hit 20 stone, Travis, who is currently out of season following the Super Bowl \u00a0joked, \u201cIt’s March, we’re in the same weight class right now!\u201d<\/p>\n
During their previous podcasts, the food-loving brothers have also rated and slated the calibre of restaurants including US chain Waffle House and Burger King, as well as discussing their favourite meals and go-to sweet treats.<\/p>\n
However, while he had planned to indulge in one or two pizzas \u00a0when he and Jason head back to the University of Cincinnati to record a special edition of their podcast, the source says Taylor has taken it upon herself to help Travis with his grocery shopping to make sure he gets the nutrients he needs.<\/p>\n
Despite not discussing her diet in detail, Taylor has previously said, \u201cDuring the week, I try to eat healthily, so that means salads, yogurt, and sandwiches.\u201d<\/p>\n
For dinner, she added, \u201cI love to make burgers, grilled chicken with different marinades, garlic green beans, carrots and broccoli.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last week, Travis\u2019s trainer of 12 years, Laurence Justin Ng posted a video of Travis in full beast-mode \u2013 sprinting on the treadmill, using resistance bands and balancing equipment.<\/p>\n
