However, sources have now told Closer that the reality star, 44, is doing a U-turn in a bid to get her old body back \u2013 and she\u2019s willing to go to extreme lengths to achieve her dream look.<\/p>\n
\u2018Kim is done with her starvation diet and is now saying she misses being thicker. She\u2019s eating what she wants again but also saying she\u2019s going to get some help from the plastic surgeon to make sure she balloons out in all the right places,\u2019 our source says.<\/p>\n
