And\u00a0now a source says the King\u2019s latest health scare has been \u2018a reality check\u2019 for Prince William, 42,\u00a0and\u00a0Kate\u00a0Middleton, 43, who are on \u2018high alert\u2019 to be called up to rule.<\/p>\n
