And now a source tells Closer that their once-happy marital home has turned into a \u2018battleground\u2019 for JLo, 55, and Ben, 52, with the pair at \u2018war\u2019 over Ben\u2019s reported desire to slash the price and cut his final tie to his ex-wife, while JLo is defiantly digging in her heels.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The insider tells us, \u2018She\u2019s furious and is taking this very personally. Of course she can afford to take a\u00a0loss on it but it\u2019s not really about the money for her, it\u2019s the principal of it. She poured so much time and energy into the renovations and doesn\u2019t see why she has to take a\u00a0loss\u00a0just because Ben is in a hurry to get this over with.\u00a0<\/p>\n
