The judge received a note that suggested concerns about one juror\u2019s ability to carry out his responsibilities.<\/p>\n Around 5pm, it is reported that Judge Arun Subramanian returned to the bench and said there are ‘two letters from the jury.’<\/p>\n The first letter contained a question from the jury related to the racketeering charges that Diddy is on trial for. It queried specifically whether an individual can be found guilty of distribution if another person requests that they give them drugs. Another note read: ‘We have a juror, no.25, we are concerned cannot follow your honor\u2019s instructions. May you please intervene’.<\/p>\n It seems that the majority of jurors presiding over Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial believed that one juror in particular can’t do as he’s told when it comes to the deliberation process \u2013 and reportedly begged the judge to help. Around 30 minutes later, the judge sent a note back to the jury reminding them of their duty and obligation to follow his instructions on the law. Judge Subramanian also instructed the jury to continue to deliberate, presumably refusing to discuss the issue with the foreperson further.<\/p>\n It hasn\u2019t been confirmed whether or not the juror in question that is deemed unable to follow the judge\u2019s instruction is learning towards a guilty or not guilty verdict. TMZ have speculated that he could be leaning towards not guilty on one or more of the charges, at odds with the other 11 jurors.<\/p>\n Diddy denies and pleads not guilty to all charges and accusations of wrongdoing. Per Daily Mail, the music mogul\u2019s legal team were seen to look tense and huddle together after the jury left for the day on Monday. In comparison, the prosecutors reportedly looked more relaxed and were seen to be smiling.<\/p>\n While many celebs \u2013 such as Cassie Ventura, Kid Cudi, Michael B. Jordan, Britney Spears, 50 Cent and Kanye West \u2013 have been mentioned or testified at the trial, others have been wrongfully referenced. Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lawrence and Jim Carrey were all dragged into the chaos earlier this month after an AI-generated deepfake was shared online claiming that the three celebrities were witnesses at the trial.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”custom-quote” _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_font=”Libre Bodoni|||on|||||” header_2_text_align=”center” header_2_text_color=”#333333″ header_2_font_size=”40px” header_2_line_height=”1.2em” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”] Winfrey spoke out about the trial during her panel at the Good Soil Forum in Dallas.’First off, I have never been near a Puff Party – never been near it,’ she told her audience.\u2018And anybody who knows me knows if there is a party, I am the first one out,’ she added.<\/p>\n The Daily Mail has also reported that in the case of a guilty verdict, Diddy could use ties with politicians in Washington DC to potentially help obtain a pardon. It has also alleged that his ‘good friend’ Donald Trump has said he would consider this.<\/p>\n A US lawyer has suggested that sequestering the jury throughout the duration of the seven-week trial \u2013 essentially isolating 12 jurors as well as six alternates assigned to the case from the outside world \u2013 would\u2019ve prevented the issues with jurors that are being faced now.<\/p>\n \u2018I have been saying from day one that it is impossible to tell people to stay off media and\/or computers for six weeks-plus, when people are addicted to their devices,\u2019 David S Seltzer has said. ‘I think the court is relying on the admonishment, but respectfully turning a blind eye.\u2019<\/p>\n \u2018I don\u2019t see how people are not influenced by outside factors,\u2019 he adds. \u2018We live in a technology world where everyone wants their information now. I know the jury was instructed not to read anything, but I don\u2019t think that was realistic given the length of the trial.\u2019<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content” sticky_enabled=”0″] Diddy and his son Justin, 31, have also been accused of gang rape in a new lawsuit. According to documents obtained by Page Six, a woman from Louisiana has alleged that Justin lured her to California after meeting her on Snapchat. She also alleged that Justin promised to help her career in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n She claims she was then plied with drugs and alcohol on arrival by Justin, and then three \u2018masked men\u2019 arrived and brutally gang raped her for several hours. The woman alleges that one of the men was Diddy, and was able to identify him by his \u2018mannerisms\u2019 and the fact that Justin referred to him as \u2018Pops\u2019. Diddy’s lawyer denies any wrongdoing, Justin is yet to publicly comment on the allegation. Grazia has reached out for comment.<\/p>\n Kanye West has also recently made headlines due to his appearance at Diddy\u2019s trial in New York. Back in February, the rapper posted his plea to President Donald Trump on X to \u2018PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF\u2019, referring to Diddy\u2019s alias as Puff Daddy. When West initially tried to enter the courtroom, he was told he couldn\u2019t enter and watched proceedings in an adjacent room with one of Diddy\u2019s sons. His bodyguard and another Diddy supporter also sat with them.
