Last month, he faced a comprehensive lawsuit from his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accused him of sexual assault among various other serious allegations.<\/p>\n Now, West faces a new lawsuit from his former Yeezy project manager, Murphy Aficionado, with 12 causes of action and a demand for a jury trial. Aficionado claims to have been unlawfully terminated, alleging that he was not compensated for his work, and makes several damning claims about West\u2019s behaviour. West is yet to respond to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n The former employee alleges that the rapper made discriminatory comments about the Jewish and Filipino communities during his nine months at the company. According to the lawsuit, West allegedly made antisemitic remarks on a regular basis and once said, \u2018The Jews are out to get me. They froze my bank account. The Jews got Kim [Kardashian] and my kids.\u2019 He allegedly went on to say his ex-wife Kardashian has \u2018Jewish masters\u2019.<\/p>\n This is not the first time West has been accused of antisemitism. In October 2022, after being locked out of Instagram, West posted a series of vitriolic tweets on X and wrote that he would be going \u2018death con 3 on Jewish people\u2019. The post was immediately removed from the platform and West\u2019s account was locked for violating the rules regarding hateful conduct.<\/p>\n <\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”custom-quote” _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_font=”Libre Bodoni|||on|||||” header_2_text_align=”center” header_2_text_color=”#333333″ header_2_font_size=”40px” header_2_line_height=”1.2em” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”] According to Aficionado\u2019s lawsuit, the rapper made further racially charged comments about his Filipino ancestry and allegedly told him to remove his \u2018ugly\u2019 traditional tattoos called \u2018Batok\u2019. The former employee said that \u2018almost immediately\u2019 after he started working for him, West \u2018began to make his proud bigotry and antisemitism well-known\u2019 and \u2018preached this dogma almost daily\u2019.<\/p>\n The claims do not end there. Aficionado also alleges that West once requested that he come to his hotel room while he engaged in sexual activity with his wife, Bianca Censori. The complaint alleges that in the middle of their conversation, West \u2018abruptly and without warning\u2019 told him not to move and went into the adjoining room and started having sex with his wife.<\/p>\n Ten minutes later, the lawsuit claims, West returned to join Aficionado wearing a t-shirt featuring a swastika. He allegedly asked, \u2018Don\u2019t you like my shirt?\u2019 and then showed his employee \u2018nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on his phone\u2019 without solicitation.<\/p>\n Pisciotta, for her part, accused West of similar \u2018twisted sexual fantasies\u2019 in her recent lawsuit and claims she was often deployed as his \u2018sex party coordinator\u2019. She claims the rapper would transform his office into a \u2018sexual playground\u2019 and would host sex parties at luxury hotels, which Pisciotta alleges that she was repeatedly exposed to.<\/p>\n In one claim, the former assistant alleges that West spoke of his plans to sleep with his wife’s mother in front of her. The rapper denies all allegations made by Pisciotta.<\/p>\n As well as the disturbing allegations about his sexual conduct and racist, derogatory language, Aficionado made further damning claims about West as an employer. He claims to have regularly worked 50\u201370-hour weeks and \u2018on several occasions even slept at the office\u2019.<\/p>\n Then, four months after starting at Yeezy, Aficionado was supposedly moved to West\u2019s other business venture, Donda Academy. In July 2023, a Donda Academy representative claimed the school \u2018would no longer be in operation\u2019 and all of Aficionado\u2019s Yeezy assignments were allegedly \u2018revoked\u2019 and he was \u2018no longer welcome\u2019 in the offices.<\/p>\n As such, the former employee claims to have suffered economic damages, non-economic damages, punitive damages, malice, oppression, fraud, attorney\u2019s fees, and exhaustion of administrative remedies.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/flatplan-plus-content.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2024\/11\/imago418351991-scaled.jpg” _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” alt=”Kanye and Bianca” title_text=”Bilder des Jahres 2024, Entertainment 02 Februar Entertainment Themen der Woche KW09 Entertainment Bilder des Tages Kany” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” theme_builder_area=”post_content” hover_enabled=”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″] The lawsuit goes on to explain that \u2018defendants violated these laws by failing to provide plaintiff\u2019s last pay check promptly and failing to pay penalties, including additional wages, interest and fees\u2019.<\/p>\n West faces three additional lawsuits from his former employees. In October, the rapper’s former \u2018director of intelligence\u2019 sued him and alleged that he was tasked with investigating the Kardashian family and asked to tail Censori while she was visiting family in Australia.<\/p>\n In April, another former employee, Benjamin Deshon Provo, sued West alleging that he was fired when he refused to shave his dreadlocks tied to his Muslim faith.<\/p>\n Both Provo and Aficionado are represented by the same attorney, Carney Shegerian, who also sued West on behalf of Trevor Phillips \u2013 another former employee who claims he was fired due to racism.
