But friends say it\u2019s not just Jen\u2019s TV career that\u2019s peaking, but the rest of her life, too. The megastar\u2019s told friends she\u2019s entering a new chapter, and it\u2019s her happiest yet\u2026<\/p>\n \u201cThis feels, to Jen, like her most powerful phase,\u201d says an insider close to the 54-year-old A-lister, who\u2019s been single since her divorce from Justin Theroux in 2018. \u201cShe\u2019s never felt more empowered or content as she does now. Everyone\u2019s commenting on how great it is to see her finally \u2013 genuinely \u2013 making the most of her life.\u201d It follows a week of excitement over the third series of Apple TV\u2019s hugely popular The Morning Show. Jen \u2013 who not only stars as presenter Alex Levy, but also acts as the Emmy-award-winning show\u2019s executive producer \u2013 garnered huge praise over a particularly sexy storyline opposite Jon Hamm. A recent episode saw Alex bedding tech billionaire, Paul Marks, played by Jon, 52, with viewers accusing them of \u201cmaking history\u201d with their heated sex scene. Critics pointed out it was \u201cthe first time we\u2019ve seen anything like it on The Morning Show \u2013 or in Jennifer Aniston\u2019s career\u201d, while viewers tweeted, \u201cJennifer Aniston hasn\u2019t had an on screen kiss like this since Ross and Rachel.\u201d Another wrote, \u201cDamn, girl,\u201d while a third gushed, \u201cJennifer Aniston in The Morning Show being the hottest woman.\u201d Others called the scene, \u201cso beautiful\u201d and \u201cso hot\u201d, while Jen revealed her own joy at working with the <Mad Men> star, calling him, \u201ca big one, yeah\u2026 we were very excited.\u201d Last week, the show\u2019s director acknowledged the internet\u2019s obsession, saying of Jen\u2019s character, \u201cAlex doesn\u2019t do easy. We\u2019ve been friends ever since.\u201d And insiders tell Grazia the feeling is mutual. \u201cJen adores Reese,\u201d says a source. \u201cThey\u2019ve known each other for many years but The Morning Show has really brought them so much closer together. Even though Jen is older, Reese has become almost like a mentor to her when it comes to her producer role. With Reese\u2019s help and insight, Jen\u2019s become an extremely hands-on television producer, working tirelessly behind the scenes. And away from set, they\u2019ve bonded, too, dealing with Covid, the streaming wars, writers\u2019 strikes \u2013 not to mention the end of Reese\u2019s marriage earlier this year. It’s been a crazy time and they\u2019ve really been there for each other. Jen feels so lucky to have Reese \u2013 and all her pals. The threeway scrutiny over the trio followed Jen for years, with her love life becoming close to an obsession for many fans. In a recent interview, she admitted it took her a while to come \u201cout from under the rubble\u201d of her first divorce, though she was later linked with the likes of Bradley Cooper, John Mayer, Tate Donovan, Paul Rudd \u2013 with Jen dismissing this as happening \u00a0“when we were, like, 12!\u201d \u2013 and Vince Vaughan, who she credited as bringing her \u201cback to life”.
