The Academy Award winning actor is notoriously private about his love life\u2014 which mainly features a long list of beautiful women in their early to mid-twenties.<\/p>\n His latest girlfriend is Italian model, Vittoria Ceretti\u2014 who yes, is 24 years his junior. Vittoria, 26, recently gave a rare interview where she opened up about her two-year relationship with the star.<\/p>\n Although Leo was never explicitly named in the cover story\u2014 which appeared in Vogue France<\/em>\u2014 the interviewer did mention that Vittoria was \u2018in a relationship with a very, very famous actor,\u2019 noting that she even had a sticker of him as a teenager on her iPhone during the last Victoria’s Secret show. According to Vittoria\u2014 who has been modelling since she was 14 years old\u2014 she first met Leo \u2018in Milan. But I prefer not to go into details.\u2019<\/p>\n When asked if she thinks it’s a risk to be labelled \u2018girlfriend of\u2019 Leo despite having an established modelling career of own, she replied, \u2018Yes. As soon as you’re in a relationship with someone who has a larger following than you, you become \u201cgirlfriend of\u201d\u2014or \u201cboyfriend of,\u201d for that matter\u2014 and that can be extremely annoying. Suddenly, people are talking about you as so-and-so’s girlfriend who was so-and-so’s ex. The couple were even spotted on a trip to Rome where Vittoria was seen meeting Leo\u2019s mother, Irmelin Indenbirken, leaving insiders to believe that Leo was finally ready to retire his lothario ways and settle down.<\/p>\n While this might be one of Leo\u2019s first exclusive relationships, Vittoria has no issue in the commitment department. In January 2020, a then-21-year-old Vittoria married Italian DJ Matteo Milleri in Ibiza while wearing a flowy, A-line gown by Jacquemus, which she paired with a tulle veil and white heels. However, by 2022 Matteo was noticeably absent from her Instagram, leading fans to believe that the pair had separated. Their divorce was finalised in June 2023, just a couple of months after she reportedly met Leo.<\/p>\n Based on his previous girlfriends over the years, Leo\u2014 who\u2019s role in 1996\u2019s Romeo + Juliet<\/em> cemented his heartthrob status\u2014 certainly has a type.
