David and Victoria have been steadily building their impressive cache of luxurious homes since before they even crossed paths; after 25 years of marriage, four children, and various international moves, they have amassed a portfolio worth a whopping \u00a3147 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to a winning combination of their high-profile careers, strong brands and strategic prowess, the pair have expanded their investments to include a slew of incredible homes, like their stunning apartment in the Burj Khalifa or their sprawling Miami mansion.<\/span><\/p>\n

“The Beckhams’ property portfolio tends to have a big focus on family and lifestyle, and is often based around the locations where they have lived and worked,” Marc explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The famous duo had already begun their foray into the property world before they met in 1997, each purchasing their first homes. At the height of her Spice Girls fame in the late 90s, Victoria purchased a mock Tudor mansion in Surrey, while David signed for a \u00a3150,000 home in Manchester in 1996. According to the<\/span> Daily Mail<\/span><\/i><\/a>, <\/span><\/i>the football star sold the property for a profit in 1999 just before his and Victoria’s first child, Brooklyn, was born.<\/span><\/p>\n

The couple then moved into a Cheshire penthouse worth \u00a3317,000; it turned a tidy profit in 2002. Their most iconic home from the early years of their relationship, however, was their famous Sawbridgeworth home, dubbed ‘Beckingham Palace’ by the press. <\/span><\/p>\n

They initially purchased the Grade II-listed property for \u00a32.5 million in 1999 and sold it for \u00a311.5 million after owning it for 15 years. The house was notable for its grand design and lavish updates, including a recording studio, tennis courts and landscaped gardens.<\/span><\/p>\n

They also invested in a second<\/span> Cheshire house, a converted barn <\/span>bought for \u00a31.25 million in 2001 and sold for \u00a31.75 million in 2005 after they moved to Spain when David signed for Real Madrid.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout <\/span>their time together, Victoria and David also owned a house in St Tropez worth \u00a31.5 million, a \u00a33.6 million Madrid home, and an incredible \u00a311 million Los Angeles mansion, which turned a profit of \u00a322 million when they sold it years later. <\/span><\/p>\n

According to Marc, their past property choices are inextricably linked to their world-famous brands.\u00a0<\/span>“First and foremost, they’re an international couple with genuine worldwide fame and their portfolio is built around the jet-setting life,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Their personal brand is all about fashion and luxury, all the way from Victoria’s success as a designer to David’s many associations and partnerships with high-end brands.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Beckhams’ trend of buying a property and adding immense value to it through the association with their brands and a slew of tasteful renovations, only to sell it for a high profit, proves how clever their investments have been. For a jet-setting family like the Beckhams, it’s essential to have a base where they can all take a break from their busy lives and be together. This just so happens to be their London townhouse, which they bought in 2013; it is now estimated to be worth \u00a331 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seven-bedroom home is located in London’s Holland Park \u2014 often referred to as ‘Millionaire’s Row’ \u2014 and was built in the Victorian style before they renovated it in 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

The couple added separate quarters for their eldest, Brooklyn, to live in, as well as a gym. The mansion stands four stories high and also features an indoor pool, a fashion runway (of course), a nail salon and a wine cellar. Fans got a glimpse into their stunning home in the 2023 documentary <\/span>Beckham<\/span><\/i>\u00a0when David showcased his immaculate kitchen, which he meticulously cleans every day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite its incredible price tag, the London home appears cosy and full of warmth, with neutral interiors and abundant natural lighting to showcase that family-centric feel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc explained that their London house is just one piece of the portfolio puzzle that proves just how family-focused the Beckhams are.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Despite their unimaginable wealth and celebrity status, the Beckhams seem to be quite genuinely down to earth,” he said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

David and Victoria bought an apartment inside the Burj Khalifa worth \u00a3<\/strong>4 million<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]

In 2002, the couple looked further afield for an international home, settling on a beautiful \u00a31.3 million villa in Palm Jumeirah. The property reportedly rose in value to \u00a38 million by 2008, according to <\/span>Now Magazine<\/span><\/i>. Despite its stunning interior, the family rarely found time to spend in Dubai and sweetly gifted the property to Victoria’s parents in 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, this was not the last they saw of Dubai \u2014 in 2009, David and Victoria splashed out on a \u00a34 million apartment in the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.<\/span><\/p>\n

The owners of these apartments are allowed full access to the building’s array of facilities, including four swimming pools, a library, two gyms, a multitude of restaurants, spa services, and even a grocery store.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Marc, this purchase proves just how clever David and Victoria are with their investments. “Their property choices are highly exclusive, based only in the most sought-after prime markets,” he explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

David and Victoria’s country escape is a stunning two-acre home converted from three farmhouses into a nine-bedroom house. Bought for \u00a36.15 million in 2016, the house has something for everyone, including an orchard, a football pitch, an Estonian sauna, and a tent complete with a fully-fledged kitchen.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I wanted a place where we could escape,” the football legend said in his titular documentary. According to<\/span> Architectural Digest<\/span><\/i><\/a>, the couple spent almost \u00a36 million renovating the house, including adding an apiary for David’s beekeeping hobby, an artificial lake, an underground tunnel, and a plunge pool. <\/span>With all of the renovations, the estate is now worth a reported \u00a312 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Beckhams bought the penthouse in Miami’s One Thousand Museum<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.20.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]

A few years after David bought the football team Inter Miami CF in 2014, the family began looking for a home base in the Florida city. They settled on a beautiful penthouse in the famous One Thousand Museum building in 2020, which they bought for \u00a319 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sitting at almost 1000 square metres, the luxurious apartment features five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, with incredible views of Miami’s famous South Beach. It sits inside the 60-floor skyscraper and gives the Beckhams access to a wellness centre, a cinema, event-planning services, and the city\u2019s first private helipad, according to Marc. David and Victoria’s Miami home is just as incredible as the building’s features; it has a custom European-style kitchen, high ceilings and a slew of terraces.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was also reported by<\/span> The Real Deal<\/span><\/i><\/a> that in October 2024, the business-savvy pair closed on a \u00a360 million behemoth of a home located on the Miami Beach waterfront. The new place features a rooftop wet bar, sunroom, cinema, chef’s kitchen, maid quarters, <\/span>and<\/span><\/i> a private jetty. \u00a0To round out their impressive property portfolio, the Beckhams are also the proud owners of a luxury superyacht worth a staggering \u00a316 million, according to the<\/span> New York Post.<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n

Previously, in 2021, they bought a \u00a35 million yacht in Miami named “Seven<\/span>“. The moniker is a reference to David’s jersey number that he sported throughout his career with Manchester United and the English national team \u2014 their youngest daughter, Harper, also has Seven as her middle name.<\/span><\/p>\n

They upsized to the nearly 40-metre yacht in March 2024 and have since enjoyed some fun in the sun on the luxurious boat \u2014 they even brought their close friends, Cindy Crawford and her husband Randy Gerber, out on the Miami ocean in the stunning structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for any future savvy real estate moves, Marc believes that they will find more permanent digs to be closer to their far-flung family.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
