Porn has opened a world into all kinds of kinks and fetishes. From looners (people with balloon fetishes) to feet, there’s a visual library of sexual content for most desires and preferences thanks to OnlyFans and the rise of request-based pornography.

Then, would it surprise you to learn about a very popular kink involving giantesses? ‘Macrophilia’ is the interest in giants and giant objects, but this could involve any gender. Giantess porn is specifically about fetishising giant women, and in 2023, the sexual image-based site Clips4Sale noted ‘Giantess kink’ was their most popular search term.

On OnlyFans, it’s not unusual for female content creators to pretend to be giants and build audiences who enjoy watching them pretend to be huge and crush things. One creator even described angling their phone on the floor and stamping around or pretending to crush toy cars or the person viewing the video. What’s behind this fetish and its rise in popularity?

‘It’s never been as popular as it is now, [but] I don’t actually know if I think it’s good or bad,’ says Kamille Rossi, known online as GIANTESS KAMILLE. While she isn’t on OnlyFans, she shares giantess content on Fansly, a similar site which she says is ‘more open to certain fetishes’.

The 33 years old from Belo Horizonte in Brazil says many creators get into the GTS world (an abbreviation for Giantess i.e. GianTesS) because they sell content and not specifically because they’re particularly into being a Giantess.

But she’s learned that although creators often find themselves in the GTS world, many of its fans, known as little ones, have often expressed an interest for some time. ‘The vast majority of the little ones I talk to have this fetish from childhood or adolescence,’ she says.

In 2015, Dr Mark Griffiths, a leading psychologist specialising in behavioural addictions, wrote that the ‘overwhelming majority of macrophiles are thought to be heterosexual males that are sexually attracted to female giantesses’. He wrote in Psychology Today that the reason for its surge in popularity is down to the fact it’s ‘almost totally fantasy-based’ meaning a lot of the ways fans get to experience this is through content that is uploaded and shared online.

There is a wide range of macrophile artwork, photographs, and video on the Internet. Applications such as Photoshop are widely used to create collages of fake giants. Photographs are also taken from low angles to make everything in the viewfinder (including people) seem much bigger,’ he wrote.

‘I have little ones spread all over the planet, who buy personalised videos and subscribe to my paid platform. It’s a fantasy that has no limits, but the little ones have their preferences which are being crushed, destruction, and being eaten – a fetish called VORE – and there are also those who like to have a giant girlfriend.’
In her experience, subscribers or clients often want a mix of fetishes, with a vast majority wanting to be a submissive and for her to be powerful and a giant.

For Rossi, it’s not a huge jump becoming a Giantess online as she was always the tallest in school growing up. ‘I was always the one who liked to organise everything and be in control,’ she says. ‘I always liked movies and cartoons that had giants in them. I grew up and liked people who were smaller than me, but I still didn’t know the GTS world.’

It was only in 2008 that she first came across the world after selling feet pictures online.  ‘In 2009 I had my first giantess photo edit made by a little guy who liked to be crushed, and I never left this limitless universe that is in our imagination and fantasies.’

She goes on to explain she’d always enjoyed foot fetishism and domination, but it was only in 2021 when she created an account specifically catering to fans of giantess content. She began to receive requests and starting to make money from these photos and videos.

‘We all have a hidden fantasy/fetish and being a Giantess is among my favourites,’ she shares. ‘Being big, strong and invincible. I hope that one day it will be possible to make people smaller or bigger.’

Although many argue kink and fetish exists outside of politics and gender politics, others say, when done properly, it’s safe way to subvert these things, and derive pleasure by wielding and volunteer power. On the surface, GTS content looks like a form of kink that is an extension of this, and if mostly men are getting off on giant women dominating them – isn’t that one of the better sides of the internet in 2025?
