There’s a thing to be said: when a product is dubbed as ‘Botox in a bottle’, it doesn’t take much to sway me further. Even the product is rumoured to come with royal approval. The Princess of Wales is very much known for her polished, perfect appearance, with her glossy hair and glowing skin often sending beauty fans on a mission to sniff out the exact products in Middleton’s make-up bag.

We’ve found plenty over the years, like the Clarins lip treatment she was spotted with at Wimbledon in 2019. That said, while plenty of brands have been crowned royal favourites, one anti-wrinkle serum that often dominates the conversation is Biotulin’s Supreme Skin Gel. Rumoured to be the reason for the Princess’ immaculate skin, this serum contains ingredients that mimic the effects of Botox without any need to run to the clinic. The formula reduces muscle contractions and relaxes facial muscles, much like the effects of Botox, but without the needles.

Biotulin’s Supreme Skin Gel is formulated with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, a plumping humectant that’s a bit of a hero in the beauty sphere, loved by celebrities and beauty editors alike because it draws moisture to the skin to hydrate and nourish. That is blended with a plant-derived ingredient known as spilanthol, which helps diminish fine lines. Did we mention the formula is 100% vegan?

Although we can’t accurately verify it is Middleton’s favourite anti-wrinkle serum for certain, we can confirm that the internet has been speculating that it’s been in her skincare cupboard for a while. Confirmed or not, let’s be honest, if this product is a way to emulate Middleton’s perfectly radiant skin, we’re already sold.
