Just weeks after his break up with Kim Turnbull, Romeo Beckham has been seen out and about with German model Caroline Daur.

Romeo parted ways with Turnbull – a DJ who reportedly also dated his brother Brooklyn in their teen years – shortly after their dad David’s 50th birthday celebrations after their romance ‘fizzled out’. Due to the fact that Turnbull dated two of the brothers, it’s rumoured that things had been slightly awkward at family functions. Turnbull also dated Rocco Ritchie, the son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie.

So who is Caroline Daur? First of all, she’s very much a ‘self-made’ member of the fashion world as a both a model and blogger. Daur once said: ‘I don’t have an agent, manager or assistant. I do everything by myself.’

Throughout the early 2010s she built her brand, establishing a successful fashion blog and has amassed 4.6 million Instagram followers to date, as well as over one million followers on TikTok. Daur is reported to be worth £3.4 million.

She has also appeared on TV, as a guest judge on the German TV show take on Next Top Model as well as a range of online workout content. The model has also made a foray into acting, and is set to appear on the small screen with a role in a German Netflix series She Said Yes, which was filmed in Istanbul and tells the story of a German-raised woman who discovers she is part of a wealthy Turkish family.

Romeo’s mum Victoria has also shown appreciation for her work in the past, as Daur has attended her fashion shows over the years and Victoria’s Facebook account reportedly requested an image of Daur wearing one of her designs. The two women’s career and fashion interests clearly align.

Daur has also opened up about her ADHD diagnosis. ‘It didn’t surprise me,’ she said. ‘And it didn’t surprise anyone around me either. The diagnosis came late, but it explained so much.’

She went on to elaborate on her busy brain and how she deals with it. ‘My brain is like an internet browser with 47 tabs open. Sport is the only way I can calm it down. This morning I worked out at 7am, even after a short night. Without it, I just don’t function.’

Romeo and Daur were spotted in Paris together, and bonded over their mutual love of tennis while attending the Men’s Singles Semi Final at the French Open on Friday. They were also seen leaving a party at Hotel Costes in Paris on Saturday.

While Romeo’s love life seems to be hotting up once more, relations seem to have cooled between his brother Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckham clan. While there have been reports and rumours of tension between the two parties for a while, Brooklyn’s non-attendance of both his mum and dad’s birthday celebrations – in Miami and London respectively – feels like it indicates a dip in relations.

Both Romeo and Cruz seem to be posting their solidarity with the family unit. Romeo recently posted a poetic quote that read: ‘Life is short. Time is fast. No replays. So love and enjoy every moment as it comes.’

Cruz also posted some throwback pics of his siblings and mum Victoria from through the years, including pictures with Brookyln.

David is expected to receive a knighthood as part of the King’s Birthday Honours this week – which will see Victoria become Lady Beckham. However, Brooklyn is not expected to be part of the celebrations, and reportedly did not hear the news directly from his family.​​

A fan expressed her concern for Brooklyn and the reported distance between him and the rest of his family online. On a recent Instagram post of Brooklyn’s they wrote:

‘Take time to get yourself together and have a breather, please find your way back otherwise you will cause pain for yourself, your siblings and parents. If someone has hurt you, pls try to talk it through so that your [sic] on talking terms xxx.’

Brooklyn also recently posted a video of revving a motorbike alongside Nicola in Beverly Hills with a caption that made fans feel like he was stating where his loyalties lied – with Nicola. He wrote: ‘My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.’
